I was browsing through all my favorited fics the other day, and realized there were probably hundreds. I've decided not to waste all this work reading and favoriting the bestest of the fics, and so will commence compiling a rec list beginning...NOW :D

I plan on posting it by next weekend. Yay!

I will be up until 2 a.m. washing my clothes and sheets tonight if I have to. I am also including in this time frame my hunt for the trash and recyclable receptacles. I am disgusting, it's official.

Literally, all I use this for is reading fanfiction, it seems. I don't even comment. I'm a terrible creature of fandom for this reason. Well...I could always start commenting really.

Goals for the new year:

-actually exercise so that I get fit enough to hike for the summer of 2010 (a requirement for my degree, unfortunately. Goddam earthy people).
-read Harry Potter books 5, 6, and 7 (I know, I know.....)
-stop being an lj lurker; and in RL be more outgoing
-pass physics E&M (shhuuuudddder)

And it's that time of winter when spring semester begins. Sigh. At least I'm taking poetry writing. Yet I'm still really miffed at the writer-in-residence for rejecting me from his fiction writing 2 class because of him being a homophobe. College professors should not be homophobic. In fact, people in general shouldn't, but lo it seems to be the essence of humanity to be bigoted toward something or another.

Sometimes I even wonder why I have an LJ if I obviously never post to it...

Oh, yes, that's right, to read fanfiction. Lots and lots of glorious, sexy, humorous, angsty fanfiction.

My brain is simply sparking and tingling with vague, fuzzy plot bunnies that seem to be doing ever-larger jumping jacks in the loose squigglies of neurons...and it's just so exciting!!

I feel an actual fanfic coming on!! Amazing, right?

Now, I'm going to shoot for four months for the first chapter...lol

But plot bunnies are definitely an improvement! Yesh!
